By commissioning me you agree to the below Terms of Service

1.MY WORKFLOW
Please be aware that I work with your suggestion loosely, meaning I will always keep your base request in mind but it may be slightly different to what you want. This is done because I have to enjoy working on the image in order to give you a quality artwork. I will always try and keep the character as close as possible to any references you have provided. You will have the opportunity to see a rough sketch before any payment is made. Once sketch is approved FULL payment must be made before I continue with the artwork. Payment can only be made through PayPal or Ko-Fi.
1 major revision may be done but anything more will incur extra charges starting from 25% of base price, dependant on complexity of revision.
Workflow:
Rough Sketch > Client approval > Line Art > Flat Color > Shading / Rendering.2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
You, as the client, are responsible for providing me with up-to-date and correct information for the character you'd like in the commission. This will include anything visual in nature and anything you feel I would need such as personality traits, specific quirks etc.
You will also need to provide me with an image of a pose (or something similar) that I can work from.3. COPYRIGHT
I reserve the rights to the specific artwork you have commissioned. As such I may use it for posting on social media or advertising purposes but I will always mention or tag you as the character owner.
If you would like to purchase the rights to the artwork please contact me and we can discuss Full Rights Transfer.
You can, however, post and share the artwork at your own discretion but YOU MUST tag me or link back to me somehow in the post. If you want to make alterations to the artwork you will need my consent first. Simply just ask me.4. PAYMENTS / REFUNDS
Payments are to be made, in full, once the sketch has been approved. I do not accept payment plans or partial payments. I will only continue with the commission once FULL PAYMENT has been received. Payments can only be made through PayPal or Ko-Fi.
I will only consider refunds if, for some reason, you have paid for the commission BEFORE receiving the rough sketch, once the rough sketch has been received I will not consider full refunds, though a partial refund (approx. 50% or less) may be discussed.If you are confused about anything or have questions please do not hesitate to contact me. I promise I don't bite... much :p
